Transformational Coaching is a 9-week online experience that equips you with coaching skills and practices while giving you transformational tools so you can better coach and lead from your own transformation.
Transformational Coaching started in 2016 and has equipped over 200 ministry, business, and church leaders from 7 denominations across the US and Canada.
Transformational Coaching can now be taken for credit!

The experience includes weekly online gatherings with other leaders from across the US, curated resources, peer coaching, and a two-day Practical Learning Experience (online) that pulls everything together through coaching practice in triads.
The 9-week experience is designed to equip Christians with a blend of basic coaching skills and Spiritual Direction that flow from core postures of personal transformation.
Weekly Engagement
Weekly Online Group Training (2 hr. minutes for 8-weeks) @1pmET
Weekly Peer Coaching Sessions (1.5 hour)
Weekly curated reading assignments (1 hr.)
Time Commitment (4.5 hours per week)
Practical Learning Experience - six hours of coaching practice supervised by a trainer
