What to expect?

Each week during the 8 online training sessions you can expect to invest an average of 5 hrs per week in developing your coaching skills.  This breaks down to 2 hours for the online training (week 7 will be 2 hours), approximately 1.5 hours completing the required readings and 1.5 hours engaging with your peer coaching partner via video. To maximize your learning and the learning of others in the learning community it will be important for you to schedule the needed time each week to do the work. 

It is vital that you come prepared to fully invest the time for your sake, for the sake of others in the cohort, and ultimately for the sake of the changed lives that result from the way you will lead differently.  Please do not register for this experience if you cannot properly invest the time.

Week 3 (April 25) – Connect Phase & TC Posture #3
Week 4 (May 2) – Outcome Phase and TC Posture #4
Week 5 (May 9) – Awareness Phase and TC Posture #5
Week 6 (May 16) – Course Phase and TC Posture #6
Week 7 (May 23) – Highlight Phase and TC Posture #7 (2 hours)
Week 8 (May 30-Jun 1) – Peer Coaching in Triads online – 2 sessions lasting 3 hours each will be assigned for your Learning Experience over the course of these 5 days.
Week 9 (Jun 6) – Culmination and Affirmation Time
